We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated young people of all communities, backgrounds and abilities to join our highly renowned Rainbow Factory School of Performing Arts, If you are aged between 10 and 25 years old, with a passion for dance, drama and music, and want to develop your skills as a performer or technician and meet new friends, then the Rainbow Factory wants YOU!
Members are supported to their reach full potential personally, artistically and socially. No experience is necessary
Volunteering with Rainbow Factory
“I like to help at the productions Box office as the experience of being in the cast has been invaluable for my daughter and I want to give back.” Young Person
Young people and adult volunteers support the CSN Hub with roles in PR & promotion, box office, audience management and event planning.
Working together as a team Front of House volunteers demonstrate leadership and hospitality as they create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors to CSN Hub Belfast.
Parents and adults sharing their time and experience is crucial to the smooth running of our productions. Adults are welcome to support with Front of House Management and fundraising.

An outstanding space that is similar to fellow theatres like the Naughton Studio Lyric, the Baby Grand in the Grand Opera House Belfast. This dynamic theatre space features floor to ceiling mirrors, professional standard lighting and sound and adjustable seating that can fulfil almost all theatrical requirements. The theatre is a 'black box’ space that can transform into almost all theatre styles, making it suitable for full scale productions (seating 100), conferences (150 capacity), events, lectures, movie nights (large screen), presentations festivals.
